Why breathe deep and meditate?

Why Breathe deep and Meditate?

What do you think the point of breathing deep is?

To breathe deep, sit in a quiet comfortable place and quiet your mind.To focus, you can light a candle and look at the flame or look at a painting.Focus on your deep bearthing coming from your abdomen and brathe long breaths in and slowly let them out from your abdomne; lower than your stomach. Now let all thoughts leave your mind...all thoughts...just focus on your breathing. This is meditation.

Why do people from all religions and countries meditate? You tell me. Try it for four or five sittings

of ten minutes each in the same place.

It can be soothing.
