Homeland Security to Request Fingerprinting Europeans

Homeland Security to Request Fingerprinting of Europeans

Homeland Security requested that all Europeans who visit this country get fingerprinted every time they visit the USA. They claim that it will back up our security.

What do you think of this policy?

I think that anytime we pin point one group or culture to investigate, simply because their skin color matches that of previous terrorists, then we have regressed as a nation.
Simply Stated......... "we cannot judge a book by its cover"

I don't know why they just don't do it with everyone that flys regularly or over seas....that way it won't feel like they are just attacking one group of people.

Well despite the very good relationship between the UK and USA, i get fingerprinted and have my picture taken everytime i visit the USA. they ask me for the purpose of my visit. I think its a good idea. They can monitior who's entering their country. Its very quick and painless, no ink, its electonic. It doesn't at all feel like an invasion of privacy. I've no reason to complain and think we should do the same in the UK.

I think the president and his sidekicks can come up with a better way to police our country.
