Friends Thank You! :):) I am grateful that you are so Wise!

I absolutely loved the past entry on "Doubt: Do you Allow it?"

None of you had the exact same opinion!

Isn't that fascinating?!!!!

Beyond that, you guys took a difficult topic, tamed it, sized it up and made it your own!

I am very grateful that I havesuch wonderful friends here and , if I might say so, You Rock!

You are welcome Natalie. I have posted below here the contents of our little e-mail exchange. Do blog more about it if you like. I am interested in your opinions,

E-mails between Natalie and I:

"Dear Kate,
Please give us an expose' on your theory about what happened in the universe prior to the time for which we current record history for.
Sincerely Yours,
Comment from lurkynat - 12/11/06 04:53"

"Dear Natalie,
I am not sure that I understand the question. Recorded history relates purely to human activity here on earth, generally related to times for which we have written documents and material artefacts left by human beings. We cannot do much further back than Mesopotamian civilisation in terms of historical writing. Although pre-historical analysis allows us glimpses of much earlier human history. Science, on the other hand sends us much further back in time before there were human beings on earth and has evidence to show how old our planet actually is. There is also scientific evidence that the Universe itself is much older than our planet. Hope this is the general drift of your question. I do think that what we know currently about the 'age' of the universe is but a drop in the ocean of knowledge that we should strive to acquire. Hence my skeptical position!

"Dear Kate
Thank you very much! I would like for people to read about the history and the many possibilities that science has for us...

please would you paste this in commetns on my entry? The reason is I want people to talk about these subjects very much to create meaningful dialogue! and the only way that can happen is if we post it!
Or , would you like me to?"

There are so many different thoughts and views out there but I doubt if we'll ever find out the truth regarding the birth of the universe. Some things are beyond our understanding and we shouldn't try to comprehend them, just marvel at them! Jeannette xx

You're welcome, nice to see you wanted everyone's different views without trying to belittle them. We all lead different lives & have different beliefs, always love reading about other people & their thoughts! Kudos to you dear.
