Dreams: Crazy Dreams! Do you sometimes have them?

Google did these pictures

Dreams: Crazy Dreams! Do you sometimes have them?

I did have a couple of wild dreams as of late and I wanted to tell you about them to see what you might say. You could give your interpretation of them, and you could also tell usa bout some dreams of yuor own here or give me a link to your enry in your journal!

I was in a wild wild storm in the first dream. The wind swirled around me and my children could not hear me; try as I did to contact them! The sounds came out suspended in the wind like jello!:0... alarming yet so weird! I was worried !

In the second dream, I was laying out sticks under a tree on a very calm sunny day. The sticks were laying in a pattern specific to each group. They relfected certain developments in my children's life and they were peaceful and uninterrrupted.I was very calm.

I relate to them now as I relate to the Iching patterns because I think that they related to a story about the children.

Your turn.

The first one seems as if you can't "get" to your children in this noisy, crazy world.....or maybe just a crazy week where you feel as if you cannot "reach" them the way you hoped you could because of outside influences.

I think the second one was a better week.. : )
You have plans for your children and you want to be the driving force in their future lives and you feel your accomplishing those goals.

Me.....I have crazy dreams that I don't really remember but I do remember when my kids were small and my husband left that I always dreamt they were in danger but I always saved them. I think that's part of the fears of a single mom.....Wanting to make the world safe "alone" for you children and hoping you can succeed.

Love,
Angela

Very interesting dreams. You must have been thinking about your kids or something. I don't know. I have weird dreams. Lots of times I don't remember them but I'll wake up and say wow that was weird.

I have always been fascinated by dreams!! Who knows what they mean??? I just wish I could remember mine! I don't think I have remembered one in almost 2 years (am getting worried???) :-) Old age maybe! Shauneen

Even when you sleep and dream you concentrate on your children. I would say that they are the biggest part of your life. My dreams of late have been rather more like nightmares. I keep dreaming about terrible crimes being committed in front of me but, not to me. Strange. I also had a very specific and detailed dream about owning a fire truck. It must be what I'm eating. Regards, Bill.

In the first dream, the choas of living in this world is preventing your kids from hearing your words. Like any good mother, you want to warn them of the dangers that lay ahead. This is a concern of your in your waking life. You felt worried when you woke up, just as you do in real life.

In the second dream, it's like an answer to the worry of the first one. You felt calm after this dream, so there was a message you received in the act of laying out those sticks into specifici patterns. Organization is the opposite of chaos. Either you desire more organization, that's one message, or you are getting more organized, and this allows you to feel less worried about the future.

The sticks were laying in specific patterns reflecting certain developments in your children's lives, and they were peaceful and uninterrupted... perhaps, in your real life you have indeed laid out the pattern for their future... and it will be peaceful and uninterrupted. That could very well be the message your soul is trying to tell you.

So, you are in effect doing what you need to do, or have already done all you can do to deflect the chaos and confusion caused by the swirling storms of youth, and the things that influence them and distract them from your direction. I'd say it means, "Mom, the sticks have been set in place... the pattern is set... you can't do more than that. They have to make the choices now."

That's what I think based on what I know. Which isn't much... <grin>...

What are Iching patterns?

Nat~Boy do I ever have weird ones lately every single night. Unfortunatley they are often full of anxiety that I do not feel when awake--like trying to get someone to understand me, packing, running, etc. I did have a pretty funny one where my son had a "house goat" for a pet--it was blue and had fur like a sheep! There is a great book by Betty Bethards that is a dream dictionary that you should check out.

       LURKYNAT,
THANKS FOR YOUR WORDS  -  AND AFTER READING THE ENTRY OF DREAMS, REMEMBERED THE ONE THIS MORNING THAT CAUSED ME TO BE LATE FOR SATURDAY MORNING COFFEE AND DONUTS.
I DREAMED THERE WAS A FIRE ENGING PASSING BY WITH BELL CLANGING, SOUNDED LIKE THE ALARM IN MY NEW ALARM CLOCK.
BACK TO SLEEP UNTIL THE SECOND ALERT.   sam
