 South American Immigration is on the rise in Mexico

Mexico is worried about its' own border security according to Thompson. Apparently, since many Mexicans are on the go in America,  Guatemala and other countries are moving into Mexico in larger numbers. There is not much in place to stem the tide and Vicente Fox is now going to change things.
