ABC May 21, 2008 The first two dogs were cloned this past week. The reporter said:" do you think that cloning will make people adapt less animals from shelters?" What do you think?
I wouldn't want to clone my pet, that would make them not one of a kind, and I don't care what they say, it wouldn't be the same pet again....it wouldn't have the memories. I think it is kinda creepy. I am all for cloning organs for transplant victims, but I think something like this isn't worthwhile to do.
Dear Bea, ah! thanks for your comments!:) I have read your article. It did say that the first dog seemed to hang on but that the second dog did pass away. Further it mentioned that technically the nuclear method that they used was not perfected. Thank you very much Bea! hugs, natalie
